  No More Wait Time  
  Now for most Certificates of Insurance or Summaries of Insurance requested through the EBC agent portal, the document instantly appears on your screen. From there, you can download it, print it or email it to yourself or directly to your client. Faster processing saves you time and helps deliver a better service experience to customers.  
     
  While real-time processing is not currently available for the documents below, please continue to submit your requests for them through the EBC for a faster turnaround time.

  Clients who’ve registered for My Account also benefit from real-time processing of Certificates of Insurance requested through our self-service portal.  
     
  No More Wondering  
  Stay on top of the status of endorsement requests with our Endorsement Tracker. From the EBC agent portal, this new tool displays endorsement requests submitted by you through the EBC and your customers through My Account based on agency producer code.

  To view processing history of a specific endorsement request, click the tracking number associated with the request from either the In Progress or Completed tabs. You will be redirected to the Tracking History screen where you can view processing history including:

    In Progress
 
     
 
    Missing Information Requested
 
     
 
    Completed
 
     
  EBC  
     
  NOTE: Tracking is not available for Certificates or Summaries of Insurance or Auto ID cards.  
     
  Online service options offer your clients the convenience they want while freeing you up for more value-added activities. If you haven’t already, check out the Customer Activity Dashboard. You can view overall digital adoption for clients of your agency and drill-down for details. It’s also an effective tool to help increase adoption by clients who aren’t using the online service features. The added transparency lets you recommend these options with confidence.
