We're simplifying how your agency monitors your customer's billing status with our new billing notification delivery system.
In collaboration with IVANS, you'll have the latest agency automation capability through ACORD Messages, keeping you informed on your customer's billing status.
How Does it Work?
Once registered in the EBC, you can receive messages for billing notifications directly into your agency management system, such as:
- Payment Past Due/Paid
- Cancellation/Reinstatement
- Earned Premium & Collection Notices
This capability is available for all agencies writing Personal and/or Commercial Lines with The Hartford, who have an IVANS Mailbox number and supported agency management system. How to Sign Up
- Have your EBC System Administrator complete the self-registration process by following our registration Job Aid.
- Contact the IVANS Connect Team to ensure your Agency Management System is configured and optimized for ACORD eDOCS and ACORD Messages. You can reach the IVANS Connect Team through email, or schedule a configuration appointment directly.
