Grow Your Business With Online Self-Service
 
Time is money for your agency. That's why we're offering more ways to help you save time – and increase your profitability. They're all part of an initiative we call Ease of Doing Business.

You can start by encouraging your clients to register for our Online Service Center. Once they register, and create an online account, your clients can manage their policies through a computer, tablet or smartphone. Your clients will also soon receive an email announcing our new mobile app.

As clients handle some transactions on their own, your agency staff can use the additional time to work on developing new business. And we'll help you maintain strong client relationships by showing your agency's contact information onscreen for auto insurance policies.

We're also introducing a range of new and improved digital capabilities for your clients. For example, with our new email functionality, your clients can manage their email preferences and receive:
  • Policy notifications, including claim status updates and bill due reminders
  • Seasonal weather information about hurricanes and tornadoes
  • Set their email preference for the types of proactive email communications they would like to receive
Plus, when your clients register for our online service center, they can:
  • Set up repetitive payments through AutoPay
  • View and print policy information (including ID cards)
  • Make secure online bill payments on demand
  • Sign up for paperless delivery of bills
These online services offer greater convenience for your clients. But our research shows they can also increase your agency's retention rates. And they can lead to stronger customer relationships.
