Agency Self-Service: What You Don't Know Can Cost You!
 
You can provide enhanced service to your clients, and streamline your own business, by using our new self-service online tools. To help you put these tools to work, we're providing training videos that demonstrate the full benefits of our self-service capabilities. You'll find the videos listed under Agency Self-Service Tools in our eBusiness Center. These quick, user-friendly videos can be viewed whenever it's convenient for you.

Online billing can be one of your most valuable business tools. Our training videos include self-service billing features, such as:
  • Billing Account Summary
    Learn how to easily look up details of your customers' accounts, including bill plans, account status, account history and many other features.
  • Status Report
    This video shows how to quickly access overdue, cancellation and payment information.
  • Express Pay
    This video demonstrates how to effortlessly process electronic payments from customers.
  • Agency Sweep
    Here's where you can manage payments from customers such as checks or cash, and deposit them into your own premium account. Additional features, including Bill Plans and EFT forms, can be found at the eBusiness Center site.
We also provide training for the Policy Change Center itself. Topics include: To learn from these videos, and many more, simply go to our Agency Self-Service Tools site. In addition to billing, you'll also find information about our Policy Change Center (PCC), Quote to Issue (QTI), and eBusiness Center (EBC). Instructors provide EBC basics within Virtual Sessions, every Wednesday at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. EST.
