Ease of Doing Business: Home PCC Enhancements, Homeowners Quote Proposal Updates and eDelivery of Customer Letters
 
Doing Business Made Easier at The Hartford

We are continuing our ongoing commitment to improving our systems and technology for a better experience in ease of doing business with The Hartford.

As part of this effort, starting in August 2014, we are rolling out more enhancements to simplify our agents' experience with The Hartford. These enhancements include additional capabilities to offer real time changes for:
  • homeowners' policy credits;
  • personal property replacement cost endorsement;
  • personal injury endorsement; and
  • wind/hail exclusion endorsement
The more transactions you generate, the more sweepstakes entries you earn. And, the greater your chances of winning a prize! All entries will automatically be tallied by The Hartford.

We also improved the Quote Summary page in PCC to provide an Ease of Doing business for printing real time proof of coverage or ID cards and added more details to our Homeowners Quote proposal. In addition, we created the ability to e-deliver general correspondence to those customers who have consented to e-delivery. Agents will now receive customer correspondence through the EBC that they previously received in paper format; and customers who have consented to e-delivery will now receive correspondence through the Customer Service Center.
