| We’re taking steps to make it easier for customers to pay their premiums. Beginning December 10 -- on new business only: |

Customers you set up for Auto-Pay in ICON will qualify for equal installments. They’ll appreciate the consistency of the same withdrawal date each month ... not to mention lower service fees. |

We are eliminating the 3-pay and 11-pay options … simplifying the number of options available. |

| And since rolling out the Express Pay feature for customers, we noticed that many of you are also using this option to make premium payments on behalf of your customers. So we’re adding an Express Pay feature to the EBC, which makes it more convenient for you to service customers. This new option, also available December 10, will appear on the Commercial Insurance Home Page beneath the Billing tab as shown here. |
